Individual Counseling
Individual counseling offers a safe, confidential space to explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be impacting your life. Whether you're navigating addiction recovery, trauma, PTSD, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can provide powerful support and lasting change.
In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll work together at your pace to process the past, explore patterns, and build tools for resilience. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that includes:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help resolve traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress
Psychodynamic therapy to explore the deeper emotional roots of present struggles
Person-centered therapy to ensure your values and goals lead the work
Trauma-informed addiction counseling to address the powerful link between trauma and substance use
Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered in both in-person and virtual formats, allowing you to choose the environment where you feel most comfortable and supported.
